The hotel was fairly clean. The facilities were clean and good. The location is excellent, close to Walmart and restaurants in Ashland, as well as Carter Caves and Grayson Lake.

In my room, there was a bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud 🛌. Plus, they got central heating, a safe for your stuff, and a desk for scribbling down notes. The staff here were super nice and friendly, which made the stay even better!

Additionally, the breakfast options were satisfactory. my experience was quite comfortable and met my expectations for a budget hotel.
